Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our team in Clifton Park, New York. This role involves addressing both acute and chronic medical needs for our patient population, ensuring comprehensive care is provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage the medical needs of patients, focusing on both immediate and ongoing health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient histories and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
- Order and perform laboratory tests and various diagnostic screenings to aid in patient assessments.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in a clinical setting dealing with diverse patient cases.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
