**Job Title: Nurse Practitioner**
The Nurse Practitioner will be at the forefront of patient care within primary care clinics, overseeing a group of senior patients with a focus on holistic and integrated care. Key duties involve conducting clinical evaluations, overseeing chronic condition management, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exemplary health outcomes. Applicants must possess a valid FNP or AGNP license in Montana, a DEA registration, and current CPR/BLS certification. A background of 3-5 years in primary care along with independent patient management experience is essential.
