Job description
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for overseeing established cardiology patients in an outpatient environment, conducting assessments, and crafting individualized treatment plans. This role will also involve assisting with transitional care, educating patients, and working closely with cardiologists to maintain consistent care. Applicants must have graduated from a recognized Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and possess an active California license. Additionally, candidates are required to have DEA registration, along with BLS and ACLS certifications, as well as previous experience in cardiology.
