**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers expert nursing care and guides the healthcare team by crafting and executing personalized patient care strategies. They are tasked with overseeing patient progress, guaranteeing safety, and assisting with efficient discharge planning, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of recent full-time experience within a licensed Home Health, Palliative Care, or Hospice organization. A valid Registered Nurse license for California, a California driver’s license, and certification in Basic Life Support are essential requirements.
