Job Summary
We are searching for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine to join our team in Saluda, South Carolina. This position requires a professional dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to patients and their families, focusing on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients within a family medicine setting.
- Engage with patients and their families to discuss treatment strategies and health maintenance.
- Assist in diagnosing and managing various health conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to shared goals.
- Experience in family medicine is preferred but not mandatory.
