Job Summary
This position provides an opportunity for candidates to engage with leaders from the Emergency Department in an interview setting, allowing them to explore potential clinical roles. Participants will discuss their professional backgrounds and career objectives to ensure alignment with both current and future staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage in interviews with Emergency Department hiring leaders.
- Present professional experiences and discuss career aspirations.
- Ensure alignment with the staffing needs of the department.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Florida or Compact State license as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
- Required certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Additional unit-specific certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) may be required.
