Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Family Medicine team in Laurens, South Carolina. This role involves providing quality healthcare services to families and engaging them in discussions regarding treatment options, medications, and preventive health practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare to patients in a Family Medicine setting.
- Engage and educate families about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance strategies.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in a Family Medicine or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for patient education and family involvement.
