Job Summary
The Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is in search of a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine to join their team on a full-time basis. This position is located in Palo Alto, California, and requires an onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients within the Family Medicine framework.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with practice standards.
- Participate in patient education initiatives and community health programs.
- Stay current with medical guidelines and best practices relevant to family medicine.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
- Experience in Family Medicine or a similar clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
