Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is looking to recruit a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our expanding Pain Management team in Yuba City, California. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in pain management under the supervision of the medical team.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pain management patients.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.
- Educate patients about pain management strategies and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification is required.
- Experience in pain management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
