Job description
Deliver exceptional primary and palliative care to individuals in their residences throughout Seminole County, FL. Key duties will involve conducting physical assessments, formulating treatment strategies, and prescribing essential medications and interventions. Candidates must hold a Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, along with an active certification in Florida. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in primary care is required, ideally with a focus on geriatric patients.
