Job description
Oversee a diverse patient panel through a combination of acute, chronic, and wellness visits within an office environment. Work alongside clinical teams and engage in weekly clinical rounds to maintain high standards of evidence-based care. Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold national certification along with a valid California state license. A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient primary care is required, or one year of experience alongside a fellowship or urgent care experience.
