Job description
Oversee a patient panel by performing a combination of acute, chronic, and wellness visits in an clinical environment. Work in partnership with clinical teams and take part in weekly rounds to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must have successfully finished an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program, possess national certification, and maintain a valid California license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care is essential, or 1 year of experience along with a fellowship or urgent care experience.
