Job description
**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy services to elderly individuals in their residences or senior living facilities. Conduct assessments to create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility and promoting functional independence. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and leverage telehealth options as needed. Candidates should have a valid Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one, complemented by a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records (EMR) is required, along with a valid CPR certification.
