Job Summary
The Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program is on the lookout for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at the Mountain View facility located in Elysburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care within a skilled nursing environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their health status.

- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
