Job Summary
This position involves the virtual management of a complete patient panel, with a special focus on crucial health aspects such as perimenopause, menopause, weight control, sexual health, mood regulation, and sleep quality. The role is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to patients facing these specific health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Effectively prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as needed.
- Evaluate patients to assist in weight management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and maintain productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- Active board certification as an FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong proficiency in telemedicine and technological tools related to patient management.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
