Job description
The Nurse Resident provides direct bedside care to patients in an acute care environment while working under the guidance of a preceptor. This role involves creating personalized care plans and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, all while ensuring that care documentation meets regulatory requirements. Candidates should be recent nursing graduates possessing either a Florida RN license or a compact multistate RN license, with less than one year of professional experience. A current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is essential, and for certain departments, additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be necessary.
