Job Summary
The Nurse Resident is responsible for engaging in a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing fundamental nursing knowledge and clinical competencies while making the shift to direct patient care. This role involves working alongside interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care and achieve positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured nursing residency program focused on skill development.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Support patient well-being and contribute to effective health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
- Up to twelve months of clinical nursing experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
