**Job Title: Nurse Tech**
The Nurse Tech supports the nursing team by providing hands-on patient care, which includes assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, and facilitating patient transfers. Additionally, they play a crucial role in ensuring a tidy and organized environment, overseeing communication within the unit, and accurately recording patient information. Ideal candidates should be currently enrolled in a nursing program or possess a CNA or PCT certification, or have equivalent experience in direct patient care. This position necessitates the capability to execute physical duties such as lifting and repositioning patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
