Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering direct care to patients, ensuring their well-being by assisting them with daily activities and closely monitoring their health status. This position involves working alongside clinical personnel to facilitate procedures while maintaining a secure, clean, and orderly atmosphere for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients, assisting with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record patient conditions to ensure proper health management.
- Support clinical staff during medical procedures.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for the patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
- Strong communication skills in English.
