The Patient Care Partner, also known as a Nursing Assistant, carries out a range of responsibilities related to patient care and comfort under the close guidance of a Registered Nurse. This role involves maintaining a secure environment and providing assistance to patients with their daily living activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., along with successful completion of a certification program, like CNA or AUA. A valid BLS certification is mandatory, and having six months to one year of experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
