**Job Title: Nursing Trainer**
The Nursing Trainer plays a vital role in evaluating, mentoring, and enhancing the skills of veterinary assistants and technicians through direct, practical guidance and well-structured training initiatives. This position involves partnering with leadership to enhance educational materials and ensure that all training is consistent with the hospital’s emergency care standards. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or a similar qualification and be a licensed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT). A solid foundation in emergency medicine and prior training experience are essential, as well as the capacity to adapt to flexible schedules in a dynamic work setting.
