Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients, helping them to enhance their daily living skills and overall quality of life. This full-time position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each patient’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to patients in various settings.
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises and techniques to promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
