**Veterinary Receptionist**
As the main point of contact for clients and the veterinary team, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a crucial role in coordinating appointment bookings and overseeing the daily operations of the hospital. This position involves delivering compassionate customer service, handling financial transactions, and offering detailed instructions regarding patient care. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a front-desk capacity, with a preference for those who have experience in the veterinary field. Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, experience with medical records, and the capability to juggle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment are essential.
