**Occupational Therapist**
The Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in evaluating the needs of patients, formulating individualized treatment strategies, and executing interventions aimed at enhancing functionality and daily living capabilities. This position also involves collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care effectively, as well as providing guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises. Applicants must possess a current state license and registration as an Occupational Therapist and have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist program. The position necessitates the ability to engage with patients across various age groups and a proactive attitude toward home health care.
