**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Deliver personalized one-on-one occupational therapy services to older adults in their residences or senior living facilities, focusing on enhancing their mobility and ensuring greater functional independence. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate records of care within the company’s electronic medical records (EMR) system. Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license or be in the process of obtaining one. A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and up-to-date CPR certification are required.
