Job description
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will execute specialized therapeutic interventions under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, aimed at enhancing the independence and safety of residents. Responsibilities also include maintaining treatment records, partnering with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating community-focused wellness initiatives. Applicants must have an associate degree from a recognized Occupational Therapy Assistant program and must either hold a valid state license or be eligible for licensure. This position demands physical capability to assist residents as well as computer skills for managing electronic medical records.
