Job Summary
This role is primarily focused on overseeing intake and delivery processes for partner-facing systems. It involves leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, prioritizing requests, coordinating system builds, and managing user acceptance testing (UAT) along with releases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery process and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Document and prioritize requests effectively.
- Oversee the coordination of system builds and releases.
- Manage the UAT process, including sign-off and production smoke testing.
- Administer the partner Salesforce organization and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor integrations and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation of recurring tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in leading stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce administration, including integration troubleshooting and incident management.
- Demonstrated ability in documenting processes clearly and effectively.
- Practical experience with large language model (LLM) tools is preferred.
