Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing and supervising preventative maintenance tasks on hotel facilities, guest accommodations, and communal areas to uphold safety standards and adhere to brand guidelines. This position also includes responsibilities as a Manager on Duty as needed, along with supporting various departments in addressing guest inquiries. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in hotel maintenance, with a preference for those who have supervisory experience. A thorough understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry is essential.
