**Job Title: Onboarding Specialist for Enterprise Wealth Management**
Take charge of the complete onboarding process for sophisticated enterprise wealth management firms, serving as the main liaison from the sales transition to the point of operational readiness. Establish and uphold onboarding standards, procedural guides, and key milestones while expanding the operational model throughout the company. The role necessitates a minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation or transitions within the financial services sector, alongside possessing a FINRA Series 7 and 63 license. Applicants should have comprehensive knowledge of advisory firm operational frameworks, excellent project management capabilities, and the aptitude to develop intricate transition strategies.
