Job Summary
The Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving standardization within the plant and spearheading initiatives aimed at improving processes, productivity, and quality. This role involves collaborating with employees from all shifts to deliver training, monitor the application of improvements, and promote the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate standardization efforts within the plant.
- Lead projects focused on process improvements for enhanced productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with employees on all shifts to ensure effective training and tracking of implementation.
- Support the adoption of best practices throughout the plant.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or supply chain is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement or project management is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills are necessary.
