Job Summary
The Rotocast Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the setup and operation of rotocasting machinery to manufacture plastic parts that meet specified quality standards. This position entails the preparation of materials, management of molds, adjustment of machines, and execution of quality control checks to ensure compliance with production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rotocasting equipment efficiently.
- Prepare materials and manage the molds for production.
- Adjust machinery settings as necessary for quality output.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and capability to read technical drawings.
- Physical ability to work effectively in a demanding manufacturing setting.
