Job Summary
The Operational Strategy Analyst I plays a key role in managing and assisting with the daily operation of enterprise applications and workflows. This position focuses on resolving system-related issues, documenting operational procedures, and proactively identifying avenues for enhancing operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of enterprise applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
- Document operational procedures for clarity and compliance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a credit union, banking, or system support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications quickly.
