**Operations Leader**
The Operations Leader is responsible for managing everyday store activities, focusing on inventory oversight, restocking, and maintaining visual merchandising to uphold brand standards. This position also involves mentoring and nurturing the team to provide outstanding customer service and reach store objectives. Applicants should possess at least two years of leadership experience, ideally within retail or the hospitality sector. Essential qualifications for this role include excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
