**Job Title: Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager collaborates closely with the Store Manager to oversee the overall leadership and strategic management of the store’s operations, which encompasses inventory control, sales growth, and financial oversight. This role includes leading the store team, enforcing company policies, and guaranteeing outstanding customer service experiences. Ideal candidates should demonstrate robust leadership, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills, and be able to maintain a flexible full-time work schedule. Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory capacity is advantageous, and candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
