Job description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily activities related to hauling, landfill, and facility operations, ensuring optimal staff performance and adherence to safety measures. This role includes managing budgeting, P&L outcomes, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, people-centric environment, with a solid foundation in operations or logistics. Proficiency in Excel and business management systems is essential, while a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
