Job description
The Operations Officer is responsible for managing the daily functions of the branch, which encompasses cash management, adherence to security protocols, and processing transactions. This role also involves guiding Universal Bankers and stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have between 2 to 5 years of experience in consumer banking. A strong background in platform or teller management, cash handling, and compliance with regulations is essential.
