Job description
The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in organizing and managing daily operational activities, which includes overseeing product distribution and ensuring adherence to safety standards and DOT regulations. This position supervises drivers, service technicians, and yard personnel while also handling site budgets and striving for optimal operational efficiency. Applicants should possess or be able to acquire a Class B CDL with a Hazardous Material endorsement within 90 days and have fundamental industry understanding. Prior management experience with direct responsibility for P&L is advantageous, and candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and time management abilities.
