The Operator is responsible for managing and overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently adhered to. This role involves collaborating with various teams to meet production targets and maintain smooth operations on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures and safety procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications
