**Job Title: Ophthalmic Tech Supervisor**
The Ophthalmic Tech Supervisor will be responsible for guiding the clinical technical team, coordinating staff schedules, and managing clinic operations to maintain exceptional patient care standards. This role also involves conducting advanced ophthalmic diagnostic tests and providing support to physicians during examinations and procedures. Applicants should possess experience as an Ophthalmic Technician, with strong skills in manual refraction and diagnostic testing. A certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) is mandatory or must be acquired within one year of employment.
