Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to become part of our Operating Room team in Cadillac, Michigan. This role is essential in ensuring efficient surgical procedures by applying knowledge of surgical anatomy and sterile techniques to support patient safety and maintain asepsis during operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures by providing the necessary support to the surgical team.
- Maintain a sterile environment to promote patient safety and effective operations.
- Utilize knowledge of surgical anatomy and techniques during procedures.
- Contribute to patient care by recognizing the needs of the surgical environment and the team.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a surgical technology program or possess an LPN degree with relevant scrub experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
- Ability to effectively cooperate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members in a fast-paced environment.
