Job Summary
Optum is looking for a Surgical/OR Technologist to become a vital part of our Bellevue, WA team. This position plays an essential role in overseeing all aspects of patient care throughout surgical operations, ensuring the highest standards of support and efficiency in the operating room.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies.
- Support the surgical team to promote effective patient outcomes.
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Surgical Technologist in Washington State.
- Relevant certifications in the field of surgical technology.
- Prior experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
