Job Summary
The Program Manager will take charge of intricate federal health IT initiatives, ensuring effective execution, performance management, and accountability within the Military Health System framework. This role will require direct interaction with Government officials while orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve quantifiable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage federal health IT programs to ensure successful execution and accountability.
- Act as the main liaison for Government leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive the delivery of measurable health IT outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possession of a PMP certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the federal health IT sector is required.
- Must hold an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
- Prior experience at an executive level supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS) is essential.
