Job description
**Job Title: Military Personnel Support Specialist**
The role involves delivering specialized support services to military personnel, including the distribution of ID cards and the management of the DEERS/RAPIDS systems for eligible beneficiaries. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of data, maintaining relevant equipment, and acting as a Verifying Official to confirm identity and eligibility. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally within an HR context related to military or federal sectors. U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain a Tier 3 security clearance is essential.
