Orientation and Mobility Specialist

The Orientation and Mobility Specialist will be responsible for delivering direct instruction to students, performing assessments, and crafting individualized education plans. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and parents, to enhance student safety and promote progress. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and have COMS certification from ACVREP. Prior experience with children who have visual impairments, along with a solid understanding of orientation and mobility instruction, is essential.
