Job Summary
The intern will play a pivotal role in assisting the Originations team with the discovery and sourcing of new affordable multifamily acquisition opportunities across the United States. This position focuses on supporting the team through various tasks that enhance their investment pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases to streamline processes and information flow.
- Nurture relationships with property owners to strengthen investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be current college seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or rising seniors graduating in Spring 2028.
- Strong analytical skills necessary for evaluating market data and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus on priorities.
- A genuine interest in real estate investment and business development is essential.
