Job description
The OSP Foreman plays a crucial role in managing and directing daily operations for Outside Plant construction initiatives. This position entails supervising field teams, monitoring equipment usage, and overseeing site activities to guarantee that all tasks are performed safely, effectively, and in alignment with both company policies and client expectations. Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in OSP telecommunications construction or a related sector. A solid understanding of underground fiber optic construction techniques and the capability to interpret construction blueprints are essential for this role.
