**Senior Director – Shackleford AI Data Center**
The Senior Director is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive portfolio and project controls associated with the Shackleford AI Data Center, which entails managing a substantial capital investment of $29 billion. This position includes supervision of construction teams, administration of vendor contracts, and the management of key project milestones to guarantee successful delivery within defined budgets and quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in construction project management, or a blend of advanced degrees and pertinent professional experience. Exceptional leadership qualities, financial management capabilities, and strong communication skills at an executive level are essential for executing large-scale data center initiatives.
