**Job Title: Outreach Van Relief Counselor**
The Outreach Van Relief Counselor plays a vital role in delivering crisis support and fundamental resources, such as food and blankets, to the unsheltered homeless community in Boston. This position is part of a three-member mobile outreach team. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and must have a minimum of two years of driving experience. Additionally, at least one year of experience in street outreach or in assisting homeless individuals who struggle with addiction and mental health issues is essential.
