**Job Title: Home Health Nurse**
Home Health Nurses deliver personalized medical care to vulnerable infants, children, and teenagers within their own residences. Key responsibilities encompass performing patient evaluations, administering prescribed medications and therapies, as well as instructing families on clinical care practices. Applicants are required to possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license. This position welcomes new graduates, and the capacity to provide care in a home environment is essential.
