The practitioner will evaluate patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), delivering palliative and pain management care. Key responsibilities involve conducting medical procedures, prescribing treatments, and maintaining thorough documentation of patient care in medical charts. Applicants must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New Mexico, as well as possess an active DEA license for this role.
